Queer Music Agency International was founded in 2021 by Frederik Diness Ove. With a mission to challenge the norms of a cis-hetero-dominated industry, the agency works to create equitable, visible pathways for LGBTQ+ talent in music.

Based in Denmark, the team brings a mix of industry expertise, lived experience, and a deep commitment to community. Under Frederik’s leadership, the agency has grown from local showcases to national programming, offering booking, management, and promotional support to a diverse and dynamic roster of queer artists.
