Philadelphia’s own Laura Cheadle delivers the kind of live music you feel in your heart—soulful vocals, honest lyrics, and powerhouse performances without the gimmicks. An award-winning singer-songwriter and frontwoman of Laura Cheadle + The Girls, she has opened for some of the biggest names in the industry and earned “Best Indie Jazz/Blues Band” at the WXPN Tri-State Indie Music Awards. She’s performed on stages from NYC to London, appeared on 6ABC’s Tuned In as the first Viewer’s Choice winner, NBC 10, and the national reality show Next Great Family Band.
Featured in Curve Magazine, named one of “100 Women We Love” by GoMagazine, and honored as a “Super Woman” by South Jersey Magazine for her charity work, Laura pairs musical excellence with advocacy. A Traveler Guitar Brand Ambassador with distribution through WHO?MAG/Sony Music, her debut EP continues to gain momentum, with music featured in the Tribeca Film Festival selection They’re Here. After winning CBS’s Raid The Cage alongside her wife Michelle, Laura further embraced her role as an advocate for women and the LGBTQIA+ community.
